Evan with Ipad from Mo's Digital Pencil

Another boy card today - for one of my lovely little great-nephews recently.  I have to say, I feel so rotten with this cold at the minute that I'm late posting this today.

Anyway, this is Evan with Ipad from Mo's Digital Pencil and comes with the Level Up sentiment.  It does amaze me seeing all the littluns with technology - they are so comfortable with it- well of course it's never not been there for them!

The papers are Animal Antics from First Edition and the little dinosaur and roarsome sentiment is a Hobbycraft set.  And oc course the image is cut out with the Wonky Squares set from Marianne Designs - CR1375

Have a great weekend everyone - don't forget about the clocks changing here in the UK and enjoy Mother's Day tomorrow if you are celebrating!

Making Cards Magazine image

Did you see this lovely stamp set from Making Cards Magazine a month or so ago- such cute images and I  love this for the reader in your family!

The papers are Maja design and were an absolute bargain at Make- It Farnborough in February!!  I snagged about 5 sets for £10 - need them like a hole in the head but they were Maja!!

The hexagonal frame is Marianne from their Craftables range - CR1444, is the catalogue number,  and the sentiments are a mix of PTI and umm something else.  I'd go and look but I have a dreadful  cold and don't feel like doing much of anything!!

Might manage to venture into my craft room later but it needs a tidy so I just don't know!!

It's Spring Time at Passion for Promarkers (despite the rain and howling wind!)

Morning bloggers - Spring here in the UK seems to have gone  AWOL so at Passion for Promarkers we've decided to give you some card versions of Spring!   I've used this gorgeous image from Mo's Digital Pencil called Marta and she comes with a couple of sentiments for saying sorry but I love this sentiment from Woodware - matches her expression perfectly!! (The Spring Wishes sentiment is from a PTI set.)

I've managed to sneak in a few Marianne dies too listed below:

Large Lace Edge frame - LR0457
Tiny Pique Edge Lace circle die - CR1331
Strawberry Dies - LR0510
Tags - CR1353

I rearranged my 6 x 6 paper pads recently too and came across this fab Mayberry pad from American Crafts!

Our sponsor this week is Bugaboo stamps and they are offering one lucky winner a $12.00 voucher to spend in their online store.  Some of the design team were lucky enough to use images from Bugaboo stamps on their creations this week so hop on over here to see them.

Thanks for popping in!

Stampin Bella Nurse

For anyone feeling a bit poorly out there this Stamping Bella nurse is sure to cheer you up!  Best matey bought it at Make-It Farnborough last month and I may had stamped it off!!

The sentiment and plaster dies from Marianne suited it perfectly!  And this is one of those rare occasions of colouring up the image first and then finding the perfect paper to match!!  Also a little hand doodling to match the plaster stitching.

Marianne Goodies used.
Get Well Soon Sentiment Die - CR1318
Plaster Dies - LR0362

My baby girl is home from Uni for the week today - woop woop!!

I managed to fit  in a Marianne die too - Marianne Star Die - CR1421.

That's me done for now - we have Violet here and she's hungry!!

Have a great day.

Lavinia Make A Wish

I love the simplicity of these types of cards and I love this Lavinia stamp and how you get an extra teeny stamp for the dandelion seed head to blow away in the wind, I inked through an oval with distress inks and I think the stamp is Paper Trey Ink although I can't remember now for sure!
Busy day today, cleaning our holiday let for our next guests then Violet this afternoon :)

Lili of the Valley Cuteness

This is about the only card I made when I was down south a couple of weeks ago - we just didn't have a lot of time to spend in my friend's lovely craft room, we were flitting here, there and everywhere!
I used this supercute digi image from Lili of the Valley - Babies Kitten and teamed her up with some papers from My Mind's Eye.

The flowers are from a new embossing folder and die set from Marianne designs - the white panel at the back of my card is embossed but the white box lights seem to have washed it out a bit!  Anyway - the set is catalogue number DF3452.

We normally go on a walk on a Thursday but the weather is too wet and cold, so I think I'm going to spend the day in my craft room!

Passion for Promarker Happy Birthday challenge

We have a new challenge starting today over at Passion for Promarkers with a nice and easy theme of Happy Birthday chosen by our Nic.  With Dr Digi sponsoring us, I chose this great image of theirs to work with - I even love the name - Gluteus Maximus!!
I matched him up with papers from Bo Bunny and 7 Gypsies - perfect with the Roman numerals etc!   And finally, I was messing about with embelllies and found this large vintage button in my stash - and thought it would look just perfect as a shield!

The sentiment is from Woodware stamps and ties in so great with the Roman era!!

My teamies have made some great cards to share with you so check them out here.  Then come along and play- as I said, our sponsors are Dr Digi and they are giving our lucky winner two of their fab images to use.

Happy Pancake Day too!!

Marianne Designs Wheelbarrow card

I made this card for the Marianne Inspiration blog last month and for my M-I-L's 85th birthday at the end of last month!  She's always loved fairies and has passed that on to many of her great-granddaughters including Violet!!

I made the card blank using the Wheelbarrow stencil and then added lots of Marianne die-cuts to create the Fairy Garden - full list below:

Wheelbarrow Stencil - PS8022
Fairyhouse and large Fairy die set - LR0580
Rolled Flowers from Cake Box die set - CR1462
Flower Corner Die - LR0428
Mini Fairies Die - CR1455
Mini Lamp Post - COL1451
Toadstool Die - LR0372
Garden Party Papers - PK9108
Rustic Wood Papers - PK9124

I couldn't decide if it looked better on the white background or the Kraft so have shown both!

We had the most terrific snowfall last night here in Cumbria but it seems to have gone as quickly as it arrived - just cold, miserable rain now!
