Easel card for Passion for Promarkers DT with Spoiled from Mo's Digital Pencil!

I don't know what is wrong with me at the minute - my mind has gone to mush, and I'm forgetting things left, right and centre. Yep, made this card in plenty of time for today's DT post for Passion for Promarkers and yet forgot to post it on my blog! Still, better late than never and here I am.
Our challenge today is to make an Easel card, as chosen by our wonderful Loopy Lou, and I must say I really enjoyed making this one. Especially love this image, Spoiled from Mo's Digital Pencil.
Of course she is coloured with Promarkers and then I've used all sorts of Marianne Dies, Papers and Design Folders as below:
LR0316 - Boots and Buxus
CR1206 - Basket of Flowers
LR0360 - Tiny's Grass Border (new and I love it and only £3.99 here at Crafts U Love!!)
CR1263 - Garden Trellis Panel
DF3403 - Brick Embossing folder (comes with brick die)
Marianne Papers - Belle Fleur ( I think, sorry!)
Then sentiment stamps, tags and dies are all PTI, the little watering can is from Dienamics, I think and the garden lights on the panel are Poppy Stamps
The other goodies are all from stash.

We're being sponsored this week at PFP by Michele R Designs with a fab 10 Euro voucher to spend in her store

New Marianne Quill and Ink set

It's been such lovely weather up here so far this spring that I keep forgetting to make cards for people and so I had to make a fairly quick one for this occasion. I've also just broken a bone in my foot, so have a cast on which is certainly hampering my ability to get about.  Luckily, I'm not in any pain, just blooming annoyed at myself for falling down a step in the garden!!
I've had my foot up for a few days but think I'm going to take advantage of the fact that I can't do any housework/gardening to catch up on some paperwork - my sister said that means card making which made me laugh!
Anyhoo, this card was made with a fab new set from Marianne Designs,
COL1275 - Quill and Ink set

COL1375 ~ Quill pen and ink ~ Marianne Design Collectables

I love that it comes with the ink blot!!
The Just a Note sentiment is a wooden stamp that was a random purchase many moons ago, and the music dies are from Memory Box.
I hope to find some more time to do a little blogging too while my foot is out of action!
Thanks for popping by.

We're Hopping at Mo's!

Yes, can you believe that it's already the third Thursday in the month of April - I can't!!  But it is which means it's time for our monthly blog hop with Mo's Dream Team with a great theme of flowers as chosen by our lovely Debby - hopefully, this is where you started.

I've used the gorgeous Baby Fairy Flora which you can find here in Mo's Digital Pencil.
My papers are from Maya road with the flowers from my stash (mostly purchased from Wild Orchid Crafts) and the little label/stamp combo coming from Stampin Up.
Now I'm the end of the hop this month, so thank you all for joining us!  I hope that you've remembered to leave a comment on each post in the hop as you could be the lucky winner of a $5 dollar voucher to spend in Mo's Digital Pencil.
Big Hugs, Juliexx

Stampin Up Thank you

When I was down in London, my lovely matey, Lesley, held a Stampin Up Salebration party and our fab SU Demonstrator, Nikki Raine made a gorgeous card with one of the Salebration sets, Lotus Blossom.  And this is more or less it, replicated by me - I couldn't wait to try the technique she showed us, so didn't alter the card hardly at all apart from some additional matting and layering.
I sent the card to my Aunt and Uncle, as a thank you for a wonderful day celebrating my Uncle Paul's 80th.  This is the birthday boy below with my Dad in the middle and my Auntie Larney on the left!  Love this pic!
I think the fab weather that we have been having up here is just about done for now, so I may get into making some cards again, struggling a little bit of late!!
Happy Weekend!

A Little Birdie Told Me with Marianne Designs

I couldn't wait to play with some new goodies from Marianne Design so this is the card  I made!  The image is from Mo's Digital Pencil - A Little Birdie Told Me, and I thought it would be perfect for a new home card.
My papers are a mix of Marianne Papers - Old Press (Catalogue No: PK9120) and Kirsty Allsop.  The  Marianne Dies I've used are as follows, including new April 15 releases:
New Home Sentiment - CR1314
Christmas Village High House - COL1326
Horizon Trees - LR0355
Village Decoration Set 2 -  LR1383 (I've used the large tree and fence)
We had the most wonderful Easter with lots of family visiting and my two girlies are staying awhile longer, so I'm not sure how much I will be around!  But, thank you for visiting my blog - very much appreciated, believe me!
Hugs, Juliexx
