Meowy Christmas Cat

I love the name of this little kitty from Mo's Digital Pencil - Meowy Christmas Cat - it suits the image perfectly and I can imaging many a Christmas bauble being attacked by many similar minded cat's in the weeks to come.  In fact, we feel quite behind with our decorations - there are so many up already!  Hopefully, we should get cracking with ours this week.

I've used some old Papermania Christmas papers and the bauble dies, large and small are from Marianne Designs - love the new sets of small ones this year.  Details below:

Marianne Products Used

Small Hanging Baubles - LR0682
Large Bauble Frame Die - LR0560

Enjoy your weekend

PFP Glitter and Sparkle

Morning!
Today it's my turn to host the new challenge at Passion for Promarkers where I've chosen a theme of Glitter and Sparkle which we could all do with a bit of at the minute!

I've used one of our sponsor's (Paper Shelter) beautiful images  and she's called Fairy Christmas Eve.  She looks plum-tuckered out after helping Santa deliver his presents!  I've added my glitter and sparkle by using this dull- gold paper for some of the elements in my card - it really has an old gold vibe.  I've also added some perfect pearl to some of the cone shapes and there's some gold Wink of Stella on the candle flame.

I also love this lantern die from Marianne Designs - I must use it more!  Full details below.

Father Xmas Gnome

I couldn't resist doing another wintery sky scene with Mo's Digital Pencil Christmas Gnomes.  This one is a merge of Father Christmas Gnome with his presents, and one of the Gnome Trees.

I've coloured with a mix of Promarkers and Copics  and there's also some Wink of Stella on the stars and tree berries but not picked up too well here. I created the snow by banging a White Posca pen with a ruler - so technical!!  The sentiment is a an old Cat's Life Press stamp which I still love!
I'm going to try and sort out some Christmas cards and paper for Holly's shop today- it's raining again, surprise, surprise, so other than housework, (sorry for swearing!) there's not a lot else to do!

Enjoy your Saturday!

Lavinia Stamps Blue Fairy Raven

Here's  a couple of quickish Christmas cards using Lavinia stamps and stamped in the Twilight Versa Clair.  I think I prefer the first one - don't think I've quite got the perspective right on the one with the stag. Love Raven though - such a gorgeous fairy!

Happy Saturday folks!

Walking in Winter and Snowy House Merge

I told you I was loving merging some of Mo's images with the Snowy House background stamp (although it doesn't have to be just for backgrounds!!).  This time my merge is with Walking in Winter - I think one of my favourite Mo releases this winter.

This time I've coloured the sky in these deep reds (red sky at night, shepherd's delight, right?) and dotted gold paint around for stars.

Again, nothing else needed but a sentiment.

Have a great day.

We have a fab new challenge at Passion for Promarkers today - we want to see some Fancy Frames.  So it could be a die or punched frame or even if you want to frame it yourself with some embellishments. I've gone with one of my favourite frames from Marianne Designs along with some added snowflake flourishes.  The image is Happiness Is from Mo's Digital Pencil and everything else is Marianne (full list below).  Oh and the sentiment comes with the image!

More Tracy Easson Angelsof Love and Light

These are another set of cards I made with one of the  Tracy Easson Angels of Love and Light  stamps here in her Etsy shop.  This image is the Shine set.  Again it's on the pre-prepared watercolour background and the painted with  Arteza watercolour brushes.  I've then stamped the words, added some doodling and some gold paint dots.

Have a great weekend, the sun is shining here as it did in our first period of Lockdown here in the UK so a lot to be  thankful for!

Mo Merge of Carrying the Wood and Snowy House

I hadn't intended to make this card today but started colouring and that was it!!  I've merged two Mo's Digital Pencil images - Snowy House here and Carrying the Wood here.   And really that was all I did - no papers, no embellishments, just a simple sentiment from Paper Trey Ink.

I did use a technique  I'd seen the ladies from Lavinia Stamps using for the snow -  a White Posca Pen and a ruler to splat it!!

Hope you like!

More Christmas cards with Lavinia stamps

I made this set a few weeks ago, again with the gel plate that I cut from a large square which I thought was wasted but I like the uneven edges this produces!

Hoping to get inky fingers again today and make some more cards looking at the Lavinia tutorials on You Tube from the Lavinia DT - so inspirational!

The ink hasn't blended quite so well on the next one but it does look like a blood moon which we are lucky to get occasionally  where we are.

Thanks for popping in!
