Our first Dream Team Blog Hop of 2017

Wow, it's scary to think we're hopping for the first time this year, before we know it, it will be December!! We have a great theme of Hearts to kick the year off,  chosen by our lovely Anneke and that is also where you should have started to hop.  Otherwise, hopefully you arrived here from our lovely Hellen's blog, where I'm sure she shared something just fabby with you!
I've chosen gorgeous George for my card - well, Georgie Cartwheel actually! I just wanted to capture the awesome movement in the image, so made the circle so that it would rotate if you push the star tab around.  (Took me ages to work out how to do it before the penny dropped!)  The photos below show the circle at various stages of the cartwheel!
And here he is upside down, I think as Mo intended him!
My papers are from My Minds Eye, and I added the top sentiment  - I think it's from Autumn Leaves but have lost the packaging I've had it so long!

My stitched double heart border is from Marianne - CR1362 - and comes in a set of two borders (the other is a lovely big bracket!).

Right it's time to send you onto our Kaly's blog, where I'm sure she will have a treat in store for you. The full hop order is below in case you get lost along the way!
Don't forget there are two $5 gift vouchers to spend in Mo's shop to be drawn from the participating Dream Team Designers comments so... make sure you pop in and comment on everyone's post for the blog hop to be in with the chance to win!!!

Happy Hopping everyone!

I've used Shucks for my card, one of my most favourite Mo images, and I do love picking all the veg and fruit as it grows in the garden, so perfect for Fun in The Sun!! It also comes in a boy version here.

I've used two gorgeous pressies from best matey Lesley - the Wonky Stitched Squares Dies and the My Mind's Eye papers - The Sweetest Thing, Tangerine. I've also used some rolled flower dies from Marianne Designs - LR0256 and LR0162

Spring Blog Hop with Mo's Dream Team

We have had a couple of glorious days up here, more and more lambs are appearing in the field next to our house, so it's really starting to look a lot like spring!! I was therefore really in the mood to make this card, despite wondering if baby's arrival would prevent me!
The start for this month's hop is over on the lovely Hellen's blog, if you want to start at the very beginning!  Otherwise you should have hopped over to me from Gretha's blog.

I love this image from Mo, Easter Chickie, a proper spring image methinks.

I've coloured chickie with my promarkers, and teamed him up with some gorgeous papers from Craft and You design, Easter Greetings which I got from Love to Craft and Create here. And my Marianne Dies are below, all new!!  I'm so loving these new March release dies, especially the bulrushes and ducks!

LR0407 - Decorative border
LR0409 - Bulrushes
LR0410 - Ducks

Right, it's time now for me to send you on to the blog of  the lovely Gaynor.  Before you go though, remember to leave a comment on the post of every blog that you visit as there are two hidden $5 dollar vouchers to spend in Mo's store, and yours could be the lucky comment!
Happy Spring and Happy Hopping!

Final Dream Team Blog Hop for 2015

Despite the sentiment on my card I can't believe that this is our last  Mo's Dream Team Blog Hop for 2015!  Where oh where has that year gone!!
Our fabulous Debby has chosen the theme and of course, it had to be Christmas! Debby's  blog is also where you should have started so hop on back there if you want to see all the cards in the hop. The full order is below if you need it.

I've used this cute image called Nativity Play - I used to love going to these when my children were little.
As always, I've used my Promarkers to colour my image and then used an array of Marianne products, as below:

Large Star XL Die - LR0369
Village Chalet  - COL1328
Tiny's Grass Die - LR0360
Victorian Christmas Papers - P9125
A5 Glitter paper in Gold
Frames 4 Square Die (although I appear to have covered most of it up!) - LR0234

The shepherds and sheep are from  Joanna Sheen die set, and the Away in a Manger sentiment is from a Graphic 45 paper scrap that I had.
Well that's it for now, I'm also the last stop on the hop, so I hope you've enjoyed it. I also hope that you've left a comment on each of the team's posts as you could be in with a chance of winning one of the two $5 dollar vouchers to spend in  Mo's Digital Pencil store,

I've gone with a springlike scene and used these gorgeous papers from My Mind's Eye  that definitely have a feel of spring about them.  And of  course, I've used this gorgeous new image from Mo called Lulu which you can find in Mo's store by clicking on the link.
I've also used a ton of Marianne Dies as below:
Trellis Panel Die - CR1263
Circle Stitch Edging die - CR1248
Border Stitch Edging die- CR1250
Ivy, Bird and Birdhouse set - LR0206
Flourishes from Swirls and Frame set - LR0116

All about the Arts Monthly Blog Hop with us at Mo's Dream Team

The months are just speeding by and it's already time for our monthly blog hop over on Mo's Dream Team!  This month's theme has been chosen by the one and only Vili and this is where the hop begins with, I'm sure an awesome make to show you.  Otherwise, you should have hopped here from the wonderful Gretha's blog.
For my card, I've gone with a very loose interpretation of Art with this little lad, Sam in Trouble, who's been getting creative in the wrong place!!  This reminds me of when my daughter, Emily, was little and we found her name scratched into a little antique table!  She was adamant it wasn't her and actually now I find it quite endearing every time I see it!
I've used a couple of Cat's Life Press stamps - the alphabet and the Handmade Art, and an Inkadinkadoo kid's quote for the birthday greeting!
I've coloured Sam with a mix of Promarkers and Flexmarkers and he looks suitably red in the face at being caught don't you think!
Your next stop on the hop is over at the fabulous Debby's blog and don't forget to leave a comment at each blog you visit as you could be the lucky winner of one of two $5 dollar vouchers hidden on the Dream Team's blog posts!  The full order of our hop is listed below should you need it!

July Mo Blog Hop

Hey there bloggers - it's that time of the month again for a hop on through the blogs of the girlies on Mo's Dream Team!  This month's theme of Water has been chosen by the delectable Debby and she is also the start of our hop.  Nip on back over to  Debby's blog, if you want to start at the beginning!  I know Debby will have a fab make to share with you!  Otherwise, you should have arrived here from the fabulous Gretha's blog.

I've actually used two images and merged them together in Photoshop.  To see a great tutorial on how to do this, visit the blog of Debbie Pamment, a lovely and much missed ex-member of Mo's Dream Team - I always visit to remind me how to merge and it really is easy if you follow Debbie's tut!  I've merged Clam Diggers with the actual beach scene from Mo's set called Beach Elements 1. (And I'm a little bit cross as I could have used a couple of the other elements in the set too for my card if I'd thought about it!)

I've coloured the images with a mix of Promarkers and Shinhan Touch Markers, and added a touch of glitter to the beach and the white foam of the sea for a bit of texture. Can you see that I also added a Memory swirly border diecut just  behind the image and tried to line it up with the sea line so it continues out of the frame!  I also added some Copic blender to a face cloth and dabbed it on the beach to give a grainy look, I hope! My papers are a mix of Lili of the Valley NitWit papers, Beach Bliss and Graphic 45 papers, To the Beach.

I love this Lighthouse die from Cheery Lynn and I also added some teeny house dies from Memory Box and coloured them in pastel shades to look like beach huts. The little butterfly shaped shell and the cone shell were from best matey Lesley's visit to the Florida Beaches, with everything else from stash.

Right, now I'm the end of the hop this month but I hope you've enjoyed it and left some love on each of the girls' posts as there are a couple of $5 vouchers up for grabs for two lucky commentors!! The full order of the hop is below should you need it!

In case anyone is wondering, my house move has stalled at the minute, as our buyer has lost his buyer, sob!!  Keep everything crossed for us that it all gets back on track soon!!

Monthly Blog Hop with Mo's Dream Team - Summer Colours

Yay, it's time to hop with us over on Mo's Dream Team and this month your host is l'il ol me so I am also the start of the hop!!
I chose the theme of  Summer Colours and when I picked that theme, I was thinking of blues and yellows for my card.  As you will see, I've gone with something entirely different - Strawberries and Cream, a great colour combo for this time of year!!
For my card, I chose Blueberry Girl, again not going with the obvious and her blueberries have become redcurrents, but you get the idea!! I'm normally ok with red colouring but it really wasn't coming out too well on her top, so I decided to do a bit of paper piecing using the Webster's Pages that I was also using for my matting and layering and have to say I'm rather pleased with her little gingham outfit.
I then used some teeny tiny pearls for the berries spilling out of her bucket.
The main sentiment is Paper Trey Ink on a Stampin Up punched mat.  The butterflies are from a new Joy Craft set, with the Watering Can and Mini Picket fence cut with a Memory Box die.  The cartwheel is a Joanna Sheen Signature die.
Well, I hope you like how my card turned out, your next stop on the hop is the fabulous Debby Y. (Full order is below)

 JulieDebby YHeidyAliceViliAlexandra,
Anneke, DanielleKalyGretha,

As always, don't forget to leave a comment as you hop on through the blogs as there are two  $5 dollar vouchers hidden somewhere along the way!

April Blog Hop at Mo's - It's all about the Border

It's time for our monthly hop here at Mo's Dream Team and this month our theme is Borders, which can be made of flowers, die-cuts, doodled etc.

I've used one of Mo's gorgeous new images, Little Punk, - click on the link to find her, along with her fabulous fellow newbies!
Of course, she had to have red hair, being the little rebel that she is!  My border around the image is  a rope border/corner combo punch from Fiskars and the little border of pin wheel flowers are made from Memory Box dies.
I love her little outfit and her boots!
I've also used a Marianne Zip die either side of my image but it doesn't show up too well and the Sentiment is from an old Autumn Leaves set.

Hopefully, you should have arrived here from Gretha's blog, I know she'll have wowed with her card, and your next stop on the hop is the equally fabulous Heidy.
Ooh and don't forget to leave a comment on each of the DT's posts as there are 2 $5 vouchers hidden along the way, to spend in Mo's Store and one of them could be yours!

Here's the  full blog hop order in case you get lost  along the way

Happy Hopping!

Mo Blog Hop - Make a Tag

Hi Everyone, it's the third Thursday in the month which means it's time to hop with Mo's Dream team.  This month's theme is Gift Tags and is being hosted by our fabulous Alexandra, so that is where you should start if you want to hop along from the beginning.  If you're already hopping, you should have arrived here from Gretha's blog, who I 'm sure had an awesome tag to show you.
For my tag, I've used First Christmas Girl - she is such a sweetie. I've used a Prima Mixed Media tag for my base - it's nice and large which optimises the embellishment potential!
The stocking embellie is from a Tando set which I 've paper-pieced and added snow flock to the cuff. I then added some teeny parcels and some chipboard candy canes which I painted with white acrylic and then added the stripes with a red flex marker. The tree is a die I bought on sale in the US, and I've added more teeny bauble shapes, painted white and then coloured with the same red flex marker.
The little snowman and large parcel are from a K&Co set that I just love and the lettering was cut witth a Tim Holtz die.
Thanks for stopping by and for joining in our hop.  Dont' forget to leave a comment along the way as there are two Mo's Digital Pencil  vouchers hidden on two of our blogs and  one could be winging it's way to you.  Your next stop on the hop is over to Debby Y's blog - she'll have a wonderful tag to share with you!
The full hop order is below, (links in my side bar).

Alexandra, Anneke, Danielle, Kaly, Mina, Jak, Gretha, Julie, Debby.Y, Heidy, Alice, Vili
