Passion for Markers Make it Square

Hey folks.  Today I'm sharing my DT card for Passion for Markers for our Make It Square challenge that started yesterday.  It's a fabulous challenge as chosen by our lovely Marlene, and, as we're being sponsored by Rachelle Anne Miller Stamps, we've been lucky enough to work with a couple of her new images.  Check out the fab makes of my teamies here over at PFM HQ.

It seemed a perfect match of these new papers from Marianne Designs with their spotty theme to match her dress.  Details below.

Square Frame Set - LR0767
Summer Vibes A4 papers - PK9179

The lucky winner of the challenge will be able to choose two digi images of their choice from Rachel's online store so get colouring and get playing!!

Marianne Designs Meercat Family with a Jigsaw Jungle background

I used the foam stamping technique again with this card, this time using the gorgeous Succulent Squares die to create the 'stamp image'.  I used a variety of green inks to make the background and then cut them into jigsaw pieces with the new die set from Marianne Designs.  It's fabulous, as you can make your jigsaw as large or small as you like using just the three die pieces in the set.

I also love the Meercat stamp and die set which suits the sentiment perfectly, I think.  Anyway, full list of Marianne goodies below.

Cone Flowers

Before I get started on the H word, I thought I'd share this card using the Honey Bee Cone Flower Dies - still love them.

I made my own papers for the background and then used scraps left over from other projects for the flower layers and leaves.  A few sequins, a sentiment and some string bows and done!

Right, lets see how much dusting I get done before I find something else to delay the inevitable!!

Morning!  Today's card is for our new challenge at Passion for Markers where our Marie has chosen a great theme of Layer it Up - always love doing that!

And we have a new sponsor this month, Jan's Digi Stamps - and we've all worked with some of her fab floral images.  I've used Traces of Spring - love a jam jar of wild flowers!

The papers are My Mind's Eye - Oxford Lane - and the sentiment was a freebie with a magazine. and there are a couple of Marianne products in there - the 3d embossing folder goes perfectly with this image, details below.

Happy Birthday Violet

It was our Granddaughter's 7th Birthday back in March and she was quite clear that she wanted a nature card and nothing too girly - certainly no unicorns!!!
So I made this card using a 12 x 12  pad of Botanical papers that I think I got from the Works - not sure!
I stacked the letters a few times and made the bottom one dark green , mounting the top ones slightly off centre to give a shadow effect.  The two word dies  are  from a couple of PTI sets that I have.
Anyway, she seemed pleased with it!
