I love these little bird stamps from Marianne Designs and don't use them enough so was very happy to see that out theme at this week is Animal Magic!
I coloured him in with my Copics then masked him off and used one of the new Colourful Silhouette Circle stamps from Marianne to stamp the background with Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide. I dabbed the ink pad onto the stamp then spritzed with some water before stamping to get this lovely loose sky background that's a little bit spotty and matches the papers perfectly! The twig wreath die and leaves are new too! Perfect for a little spring scene - the birds have all been so busy in our garden!

This pretty wreath die ties in beautifully with your cute birdie image and as he's foraging for leaves I guess he's building a nest for his partner. A lovely scene and card Julie.
