I've had this Sugar Nellie Manga Fairy coloured up for ages but have just got round to making this card and it fits the challenge over on
Sassy Sue's new challenge blog perfectly! The white glittered background paper is wrapping paper and I've also cut the snowflakes from this paper. Of course she has a glittery wand and wings and there's some stickles round the sentiment for more sparkle!
