PFP Princes and Princesses

Hi there - glad to have got Monday out of the way, I am!  This is my card for  our new challenge at a Passion For Promarkers where we have a theme of Princes or Princesses with a Crown.  I've used this fabby Kraftin Kimmie image of Cinderella which has been in my stash for a while but I'm not sure if I ever used her before! Of course we have joined her rather early on in her fairy tale and she hasn't quite nabbed her handsome prince yet, so I've left her crown off but left it up in the corner ready for when she gets her man!  I actually cut the crown with a Spellbinders Heraldry die set that I have - it was the top half of the shield, and was the perfect crown!
The dots area mixture of glitter and translucent Tulip Pearl Drops, the papers are K&Co, and the flowers are  from stash.  I managed to find a little shoe charm in my stash to go with the shoe theme, and the sentiment came with the stamp!
Our sponsor this week is the fabulous Digi Stamp Boutique who are offering a very generous 6 digi images to the lucky winner!
Don't forget to check out the rest of the gorgeous makes by my teamies at PFP here and enjoy your Tuesday!!

Kraftin Kimmie - Charlotte

I LOVE the Moonlight Whisper range from Kraftin Kimmie and have already ordered the new release today from Quixotic Paperie!  This card is for KK's challenge this week which had to include a tag.  I also used the layout from Sketch Saturday which I've rotated ( why do I always seem to do that?).

Rachel, here, has a great little tutorial on how to use Nesties so that the image hangs over the edge of the shape which I've attempted to use here for the first time.  I think I still need some practise but it does give a great effect. Papers are K and Co which I've distressed, and flowers are a mixture of punched and ready made.  Promarkers to colour ( just for a change, not!! LOL!).

Three for One!

Trying to banish the Monday blues so finished a card for three challenges, Sketch Saturday No 73, Basic Grey and Kraftin Kimmie challenge 2 using my new Moonlight Whisper stamps which are scrumptious!

I've rotated the sketch from Sketch Saturday (below) as I felt it suited the image better.

The Basic Grey challenge was to use Red, Green and Blue, which was not so easy, until I found the perfect papers in BG's Euphoria set.  Kraftin Kimmie's additional requirement was to use buttons - lovely!! This is Lilith from the Moonlight Whispers set which I got from Quixotic Paperie  and the little frog stamps comes with her!!  Coloured with Promarkers, sentiment is from stash. It doesn't really show up in the pic but also added some glossy accents to the froggie eyes to make them look a bit bulgy!!!

Didn't get much crafting done over the weekend, despite my intentions but have sorted out my Promarker storage which is fab thanks to the girls over on the Promarker Challenge  blog!  Not quite finished yet but I love it!  Will put some piccies up when it's done.
