Had a fabby day yesterday with my girlies - thanks for all your good wishes for my friend's son, much appreciated! Was also my niece's 21st celebration with the family last night - what a gorgeous, balmy evening, we sat outside till gone 10pm. Back to work tomorrow, and had to make this card for an order from work for a male 80th.
Kept it fairly simple using Basic Grey and Chatterbox papers, with the little drummer boy image stamped with Vintage Photo distress ink. I hope it will be what's wanted!
NEED to catch up on a few blogs now, so have a great week even if you are at work :(

I just don't seem to have made time for popping by my favourite blogs and I'm mortified that I have missed so many of yours. This is lovely, Julie, very vintage and sophisticated and I'm sure it will fit the bill just right! Love Lesley
great card.x
fantastic male card julie.i really love the image you have used and a superb layout.the backing papers are great.luv coops.xx
This is great Julie, I hate doing cards for people at work just in case they don't like them, i get a tad stressed by it all. This is perfect for an 80 year old gent, i would be well chuffed with it.
Congrats on your new DT post BTW.
