Woodware Baubles

I loved this stamp from Woodware,not least because it isn't just a Christmas stamp - if you turn it upside down it can be a birthday card with balloons!!  Anyway, I made a few in different colours for Christmas - my colouring wasn't great really but I liked the finished cards- the sentiment comes with too.

Owl Moon

I thought this image would be just perfect for a couple who are celebrating their first Christmas in wedded bliss!  It is of course a gorgeous Mo Manning image - Owl Moon,

I coloured it with my Promarkers but kept it quite simple as the image is so the focal point.  Just a little Marianne cobweb circular die to frame it - LR0430.

Off now to do some last minute shopping then it's all about the wrapping this afternoon!

Winter Present

Today's card that I'm sharing is made with another new Christmas image from Mo's Digital Pencil - Winter Present.

I love the soft grey/and deep browny pinks here and had a piece of gingham ribbon that matched perfectly.

The frame is cut with a favourite Marianne Die - Anja's Oval Die, LR0376 -  and framed with Crystal Arch die cuts - CR1345.

All I have to do now is write them!

Got the Wreath

So love the new Christmas images from Mo - this one is called Got The Wreath and the bonus is that it can be coloured as either a boy or a girl!

I love this Snowflake corner embellishment die  from Marianne Designs (catalogue number LR0497) too - the card just didn't need an awful lot else. just this fab sentiment which was part of a freebie set recently from Making Cards Magazine.

Passion for Promarkers Mega Christmas Challenge

This little chap is flying in to mark the start of our Mega Christmas Challenge at Passion for Promarkers. The challenge lasts for a whole month with an amazing list of prizes from all of our sponsors.  The theme is easy peasy - just Add a Sentiment - and it doesn't have to be a Christmas card - the challenge runs until after Christmas, so as long as you use any sort of sentiment (and use your Promarkers/Trias/Flex/Aqua Markers ) then do come along and play with us.  My sentiment is the little wooden painted cloud from a set of wooden embellishments that I had in my stash.

My image is one of the fab 2 Dollar Digis from Mo's Digital Pencil - Cardinal (as if you really needed telling!).  I love him sitting all red and proud on his branch.

Apart from the image my flowers cut with the Marianne dies below are the only real embellishment that I felt this needed - and I've not covered up the pretty papers either!!

Marianne Winter Dream Precoloured images

I thought I'd share some quick cards made using Marianne precoloured images - so need to do this sometimes, although I love colouring.  I really love these images and the soft pink and grey tones.  I teamed them up with one of new favouite dies from Marianne and their cute little feather dies. Mo Ugly Sweater

Everyone loves a nice tacky Christmas jumper right?  So what better way to start December off than a card made with one!! This is from Corgi and Bess (Ugly Sweater separated version) at Mo's Digital Pencil. You get separated images without the 'ugly sweaters', with another jumper, without the lead so you can have loads of combinations with this set - fantastic value.

I teamed mine up with the Knitting die and embossing folder from Marianne Designs, along with the tag and sentiment- full details below.
