Mo Peter Pan

Another favourite new Mo image - Peter Pan and thought he was perfect for my BIL who has reached the big 6-0 but looks as young as ever!!
I also love this big leaf die (LR0370)  from Marianne and love how Peter's hair blends perfectly into the leaf edges - thanks Mo!  The sentiment comes with the image too.  Finally the leaf texture background was made with a Textures embossing folder.
Happy Saturday!!

A Spooky Halloween blog hop with Mo's Dream Team!!

I think Hold On To Your Hat has to be one of my all time favourite Mo images to colour, so I was very happy to use her for our Halloween Hop with Mo's Dream Team. This is the theme chosen by our lovely Debby and that is also where you should have started to hop.
My Promarkers were my trusted colouring medium, and then I've used some Recollection Halloween papers and taken some sentiments from the papers too.

I'm the end of this month's hop, so I hope you've enjoyed it and been inspired by the team's gorgeously spooky creations. And, I also hope you've left a comment on each of the team posts as you could win one of two $5 vouchers to spend in Mo's store here.  The full order of the hop is below if you want to check you've visited  everyone!

Happy Halloween Hopping!!

Hocus Pocus Passion for Promarkers- All things Bright and Beautiful- Autumnal Colours

We have a new challenge at Passion for Promarkers starting today - All Things Bright and Beautiful/ Autumnal Colours - a great theme chosen by our fabby Eileen.  Now I love Mo's Halloween images but don't really send out Halloween cards.  But, I knew my SIL would love this Hocus image, as she loves the film.  So, with a few magical references in the sentiments, I thought it would make a great birthday card for this time of year.
My papers are Bo Bunny and the main sentiment is from Lili of The Valley, while the Trust the Magic is from a Finnabar stamp set.  The little stars, leaves and broom are from Marianne Designs as follows:

Stars: CR1321
Leaves: CR1336
Broom: LR0433

And I love these little witch head charms that I bought from ebay!
Finally, the little 3D pumpkin embellie was a pressie from best matey, Lesley.

We have  two  fab prizes from two very generous sponsors  this week:

Di's Digital Stamps
Our second sponsor is Letraset who are offering one lucky winner a prize of a Winsor & Newton set of 12 Brushmarkers (Set 1) which includes a free blender pen.

Mo's Toyshop Helper

Hi from a wet and miserable Lake District!  Maybe a day for hunkering down and crafting, or shopping!  Can't quite decide so until I do, here's my latest Christmas card, using Toyshop Helper from our fabulous Mo Manning.
What a cutie eh, reminds me of one of my great nephews! I think the papers are Dovecraft and some buttons and ribbon from stash and  I used the following Marianne goodies:
Star Die (inc snowflake die) - CR1226
Star Embossing Folder and die set - DF3427
Bells die - COL1363
Other Snowflake Dies from Heart die set - CR1225

While writing my post I think I've decided on a hunkering down day!

Fairy Lovely from Mo

Just popping in quickly to share my card using the lovely Fairy Lovely from Mo's Digital Pencil - another one for the Christmas box! Unusually for me these days, I coloured her before I had chosen my papers but then found the perfect two tone papers from a Christmas Bo Bunny pad.  However, as you can see they have been more than covered by copious amounts of Shabby Green Frantage - hey ho!!
There's also a couple of Christmas tree dies from Marianne lurking in there, as well as this lovely little sentiment from  an Eline Christmas set by Marianne.

Tall Spar Tree - LR0378
Small Christmas Tree - LR0136
Sentiment From Eline's Handlettering Christmas stamp set- EC0156

All the other bits and pieces are from stash.
Off to  my Crafternoon Club tonight, so should have something else to share soon.

More quickish Christmas cards

Hey bloggers, Happy Saturday!  It's turned a bit colder here in the North of England and of course, when we turned the heating on tonight, it wasn't working!!  Extra jumpers it is!
Talking of cold, I made some more quickish Christmas cards using this fab Hobbyart Hare. I embossed him with Stampendous Opaque White embossing powder, and did the same with the sentiment. I then layered up the image using two Marianne Die Sets:-
Distressed  Edge Squares - CR1375
Anja's Squares - LR0242
I'm hoping to spend today crafting, or perhaps a little gardening if the sun shines!
Enjoy your day.

New Challenge at Mo's Digital Pencil Challenge - A Trio of Quick Christmas cards

Hey bloggers- two posts in two days, get me and, three cards in this post!!  It's our new challenge over on Mo's Digital Pencil Challenge and as always, it's Anything Goes!

I am a huge Game of Thrones Fan, so when I saw this image and it's matching sentiment, I had to use it for some quick Crimbo cards!  It's called Winter is Coming and can be found here in Mo's store.

I used some left over scraps of Christmas papers and just a few embellies and rather more Chunky White Frantage.  Coloured with my Promarkers, mostly the sky and you know, I didn't really need to blend to much, I rather like the streaky, effect as this is how the sky looks often, in real life!
And finally a pic of all three cards.

Come and join in the challenge - easy peasy rules, just use a Mo image, and only one entry.  As always there's a great prize of a $5 voucher for Mo's Store.  And there is an awful lot of wonderful there, have you seen the new images!!
No sign of winter here yet, it's a beautiful sunny day here again!!

PFP Texture and a Wedding!

This is my card for the challenge that has just started over on a Passion for Promarkers.  We have a great theme of Add Texture as chosen by our lovely Ali.
My card has plenty of texture from wooden heart frames and the hexagonal wood scrap, to lace to metal charms. It was for my  niece's recent wedding hence the date etc!!

The image is framed using Marianne Anja's Label die - LR0425  -  and the tag is a Marianne Bag topper - CR1377.
My image is Married from Mo's Digital pencil and my papers are mostly Cosmo Cricket/

I also decorated a box to house  the card
And below are a couple of pics of the fabulous wedding day in France......
......and the stunning French Chateau ( hence my little castle charm on the card.)

We have an amazing prize of a £15 voucher from Dies to Die for - wow!!

I hope you can find some time to join in our challenge, just check out the rest of my PFP teamie's creations here, if you need a  mojo boost!

Mo's Frost

I can't believe that I've not posted for nearly two weeks, and that I've not got any pics of a wedding card for my niece whose celebrations we enjoyed last weekend. My camera SD card had a wobbly and I lost all the pics on it :(
Still it means I get to share this cutie - Frost from Mo's Digital Pencil.  I'm so glad I printed a few of these off as I think I will make a couple more for this Christmas.

Look, no design papers but have still used lots of Marianne loveliness as follows:
Snowflake Embossing folder
Stitched Circles - CR1360
Snowflake curve - CR1346
Star Die - LR0369
Of course, I've coloured her with my Promarkers, added a bit of glitter and bling, and there you have it.

Happy Saturday everyone
