Home cooking for Mo

Just a quick post to upload my card for the latest challenge at Mo's Digital here -  the challenge is for buttons and bows.  I used this gorgeous little lady that Mo sold for a dollar,  a Dollar!!!, in aid of the terrible events in Japan. I think she managed to raise at least a $1000 dollars that I'm aware of.
I've kept it relatively simple (for me), using Basic Grey papers and this great little American Crafts stamp and sentiment set with the home made meals, frame and utensils.  And the obligatory bow and buttons too. Finally, I followed the sketch over on Truly Scrumptious at the moment, so I'm entering it there.

Need to get up to date now with my DT commenting so might so you in bloggy land!

Fab card, Julie - the colouring is just the best!! I'm one of the other 999 who got that image, will have to make something soon, trouble is I have a list of male cards to make at the moment, don't think they'd appreciate it!!

I was gutted that I missed out on this little image. I was in Austria and not on a secure internet line. Next time, I'll ask you to buy one for me. You certainly made a gorgeous card with her too. Love your little extra cooking images on the ribbon "shelf". Fab sentiment and beautiful colouring and papers! It's a delight! Love Lesley
