Crafty Emma's feeling Bold and Bright

Here I am again with my DT card for this week's challenge over at Crafty Emma's.  Firstly though, clap yourselves on the back for all those gorgeous angel and fairy cards for last week's challenge.  So many lovely fairy images out there and just not enough time!!  As always don't forget to check back to the blog to see who has won the honours for the Angels and Fairies challenge.

On to this week and the challenge is Bold and Bright as chosen by my wonderful DT buddie, Amy - get your shades on, we're all bolded!    One of our regular sponsors, The Stamp Fairy, is with us this week and you could win three images from their great range.

For my card, I've used this great Ronnie digi image which is available from Emma's store, here.  What's really special about it is that Emma is selling them in aid of the Yorkshire Air Ambulance so all proceeds go to support them.  Isn't he fabbie and perfect for a male card I think.

My lovely bright and bold papers are from the Prima Paisley Road set, as are the candy dots, - so lots available from Emma's store and she has lots of new goodies arriving all the time!!
I used a Tim Holtz embossing folder for the checkered background with White C'ordination paper sanded off.  There's a little glossy accents on his beer foam but it's not showing in my pic.

The DT team at CES have made some fabulous cards, as always, for the challenge so do go and have a peek ( sunnies optional!!)

I also followed Sketch Saturday's sketch but of coures I'm too late to enter for that!  Hopefully the same can't be said for the current Simon Says Stamp Challenge which has an animal antics theme!!
My thanks as ever for stopping by - I always get a thrill each and every time some one leaves me some love!!

Be warned. I know Julie's husband and I'm just about to get on the phone to him to find out who the imposter is making cards in his house. This card is bright and contrasting. It has an animal on it. There are no flowers and there is no ribbon and my best matey, Julie, doesn't make cards like this! You better get out of there quick!

Mind you - it's a really fun card!

Love Lesley
