PFP - Lace and Swirls

Morning! Well, being back at work wasn't too bad yesterday, except I had expected an order I'd placed back in July to be waiting for me!!  :(  No, it wasn't there and I'm not sure, I'll be doing any more pre-ordering as it's just  too frustrating when other items not on pre-order are held back until they can send it all in one go but they've had my money for 6 weeks!!!

Rant over, this is my card for our new challenge at PFP this week - and we have a theme of Lace and Swirls - chosen by our lovely Michele, lovely theme!!

Isn't this image gorgeous, it's a digi image from Just Inklined called Abigail ( and they have another similarly gorgeous version called Charlotte).

I thought this rose from my stash went perfectly with the image.  I don't know where it came from but I think it's vintage - ie 50s or 60s but so pretty!

My paper is from the equally gorgeous Romantic Novel pad by Prima.   There's some old lace on there too, while the feathers, cameo swirls and pearls are rather newer.
