We're hopping at Mo's Digital Pencil- our first of 2012!

This is my second post for today - please scroll down  if you'd like to see my Pink, Green and Neutral card for the new Colour Create Challenge that started today, thank you!!!

Our theme for  this month's hop at Mo's Dream Team has been chosen by the one and only Jane, who's feeling a bit loved up methinks as her theme is All You Need is Love!! And hopefully you will have arrived here from Jane's blog - if not and you want to hop along head back here to Jane's which is the start of this month's hop.
So, I've used the fabulous Date image and made an engagement congrats card for my nephew who has just announced his engagement to the gorgeous Kim!!

My papers are 12 x 12 7 Gypsies - the Lille collection purchased from The Artful Splodger.  Lovely stroking papers they are! The sentiment is by Stampin Up and the embellies from stash!

    What a love - ly card. A geat image for an engagement card and nice choice of image. Have just noticed that the girl has the same features as your one of your lovelies (on the right in photo).

    Oh feeling the LURV here alright! Wish I'd had the 'knees' in my 'courting days (old people phrase I copied...not that I'm old of course) to carry off a short frock like this. That meshy bow is excellent and papers, you're right, fit only to be stoked.
