Mo's Little Elf Ava

Hi there - well I'm into the second week of my holiday at home.  Harry had the second op on his hand yesterday at St George's locally - so much  more professional than the other hospital.  Slowly, slowly getting better too - probably not quick enough for Harry though!  One of my other babies, Emily, left on Saturday for three/four months of travelling around Europe!  She's with a great friend, Tom, so I know they'll look after each other - yesterday France, today, Barcelona, tomorrow - I need to look at the calendar!
She should be home just before Christmas and not that I want to wish the time away but what a Christmas pressie to have her back.
And speaking of Christmas, this is another festive card, using Mo's Little Elf Ava which you can find here in Mo's digital store - one of a number of yummy new Christmas images for 2013!
I' ve coloured her with my Promarkers  and used these fabulous Webster's Pages Christmas papers. The holly die is from Marianne Dies, the deer is a Tim Holtz die and the sentiment from Lili of the Valley.

As we haven't gone away this holiday, I've been trying to get cracking on making my Christmas cards in bulk and have made precisely 6!  I'm going to have to make them quicker than that!
Still the weather is lovely at the minute - the last of summer, so hope to get a bit of R&R in the garden tomorrow.

Stunning card Julie. I love the image and such wonderful detailing.
I am pleased that Harry is making a good recovery, even if it is a bit slow for him. How exciting for Emily to travel round Europe. An amazing opportunity and I am sure she will have a fabulous time.
(It's so funny that my children have the same names as yours - Holly, Harry and Emily! )
hugs Sue xx

You've certainly made more than 6 now, Julie but this one is a beauty! My hand is feeling better although it's not perfect and I think I might need to go and make one myself ! Hugs, Lesley
