Wheeeeeeee! Top three at Pixie cottage and a card!!

Really happy tonight as my card  made for Lesley (a couple back) was picked for the top three at Pixie Cottage!!  My side bar is now proudly displaying my top three banner!!  And it's Friday night  - my cup runneth over!!

Thought I'd also show you a card I made a couple of weeks ago on a crafty day with Alex and Lesley.

The first thing you will probably notice is that it has no colouring!!  Just thought I'd try something different and used my gorgeous new Rosette die from Tim Holtz - it's fab and makes it so easy to create this lovely flower or whatever you want it to be.
The papers are Basic Grey Capella  and I think Dovecraft - but they matched nicely !!  A bit different for me but I like it anyway.  Hubster didn't - it was for a colleague of his who's moving departments but he wants one that I've coloured!!  Ah well, can't win them all!!  I've already entered into the current Basic Grey challenge of Flower Power but going to do a double entry ( that's got to be a first for me!!)

Be back tomorrow with my DT card for Crafty Emma's Challenge - Toodlepip!!!

Your colouring is lovely, Julie, which is why N wanted you to use a coloured image but frankly I'm surprised that he didn't go for this. It's fab! And looks even better IRL. Congrats on your Pixie Cottage fame. As the owner for the card that won - I know it's a dream, worthy of a prize. Love Lesley

Am I seeing you tomorrow?
It has become such a regular thing that I shall have withdrawals if I don't! Lx

Hiya Jooly, congrats on the Top 3! I do like this card a lot, the rosette looks really good and it's nice to try something different now and then. What a compliment from Nick, knowing he prefers your hand-coloured images. CoB
